Step 01
A Warm Welcome Upon Arrival
When you arrive at the church on Friday, you will be greeted by friendly volunteers and pastors who are genuinely happy to see you. The Universal Church strives to provide a warm, welcoming, and friendly environment for everyone. You can come as you are – there’s no dress code or judgment.

Step 02
A Powerful Prayer and Deliverance Experience
The deliverance service typically begins with a short time of uplifting worship or an inspiring message to build your faith. Soon after, the pastor will lead everyone in a strong prayer of deliverance. Don’t worry – there’s nothing strange or scary about this; it’s a straightforward prayer using faith in Jesus’ name to cast out negativity or any evil influences in your life.

Step 03
Encouragement, Support, and Next Steps
After the main deliverance prayer concludes, the service doesn’t just abruptly end – it transitions into a gentle conclusion aimed at strengthening you. Often, the pastor will invite anyone who wishes to stay for an additional short prayer or reflection, usually focused on seeking the presence of the Holy Spirit in your life.

Frequently Asked Questions
What can I expect in a service?
You can expect a warm, welcoming atmosphere when you visit. Our services typically include prayer, uplifting worship music, and an encouraging message based on the Bible. We strive to make sure you feel at home – from the smiles you receive at the door to the practical advice offered in the sermon, you won’t leave empty-handed. Each meeting is focused on helping you change your life for the better, offering hope and guidance for whatever challenges you may be facing.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There’s no strict dress code – you are welcome to come as you are. Many people dress casually or in whatever they feel comfortable wearing, while others might wear their “Sunday best”; it’s totally up to you. We simply encourage modesty and respect in attire, but please don’t let a lack of fancy clothes stop you from coming – the important thing is that you’re here with us to seek God. Whether you prefer jeans and a t-shirt or a suit and tie, you’ll fit right in.
When are your services?
We hold services every day of the week for your convenience. In fact, most UCKG locations offer multiple meetings each day (morning, afternoon, and evening), so you can choose a time that works best for you. For example, many of our main Sunday services are around 7:00 AM, with additional sessions like 10:00 AM or later in the day. Be sure to check your local UCKG timetable for the exact service times in your area.
Do you offer childcare or youth programs?
Yes! We have programs for both children and teens. During services, our Children’s Biblical Centre (CBC) provides a safe, fun space for your little ones (approximately 0–10 years old) with caring volunteers, so parents can focus on the service. For older kids and teenagers, we run the Pre-Teen (TPG) and Youth Power Group (YPG), which helps youth (roughly ages 14–35) enjoy their youth and grow in faith in a positive, God-centered environment. No matter their age, your children will be in good hands and will have activities tailored just for them.
What does the Universal Church believe?
The Universal Church is a Bible-based Christian church that believes in the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit. We teach that Jesus died on the cross and rose again to bring salvation and freedom from all evil to those who believe. Our core message is that faith in Jesus Christ transforms lives – God’s power can restore families, heal the broken, and change any situation for the good. We emphasize a personal relationship with God, the guidance of the Holy Spirit in daily life, and living according to the Scriptures.
What opportunities are there for prayer and spiritual support?
We offer many opportunities for prayer, support, and spiritual growth. Pastors and assistants are available whenever you need guidance – you can even pop in on any day just to talk or pray with someone. We run a 24-hour helpline as well, so if you need a listening ear or urgent prayer in the middle of the night, just give us a call; we’re here for you seven days a week. Additionally, we encourage people to take part in a “Chain of Prayer,” which means attending a series of weekly meetings to pray for a specific area of your life that needs God’s help. Through these meetings, special groups, and one-on-one support, you’ll find plenty of ways to receive prayer and grow spiritually in our church community.
